Hello, beautiful Free Spirit!
I hope you know that you are never alone. From the moment you take your first breath and until you will take your last in this incarnation, you are constantly surrounded by your spiritual team.
Your spiritual team can be made up of archangels, angels, spirit guides, spirit animals and loved ones that have passed. We all have at least one of these guides that is present throughout our whole life but we also have guides that come at any point in our life and for any length of time to help us in certain situations.
Spirit beings communicate with you through numbers, synchronicities, songs, animals and even clouds. They can quickly become part of your daily life if you just ask for it. They are always with you and willing to help you with everything. You just have to be present and pay attention to the signs and what speaks to you instinctively.
I personally always talk to my spirit guides throughout the day and every single night right before I fall asleep.
Whenever I need guidance or inspiration during the day, I call upon them to help me and suddenly, a sign or an idea pops up in my head that inspires me or gives me more clarity. At night, whenever I ask them for advice on any matter that I cannot seem to figure out, I receive the help I need through dreams.
I also ask them for more trivial things. For example, whenever I sleep late and know I won’t be getting enough hours of sleep, I ask them to make my night’s rest feel like a full 9-hour sleep. Sure enough, every time I wake up I feel well rested as if I had slept the whole night.
After reading this, I hope you never spend a day without talking, thanking and asking your guides for help. They are ready and cannot wait to hear your call and guide you, as they have pledged to before you were even born. Just give them the chance.
You can also create a language for them to better communicate with you.
For example, if you wanted to receive “yes” or “no” answers to your questions, you could associate different numbers to these two words in order to receive their message.
For instance, you could establish with them that number 45 means “yes” and number 54 means “no”, and test it out to make sure this “code” is put in place.
Once you have established this, you could ask them questions in situations you need help with, and they will be able to better guide you.
